About me
Hi! It’s Gioi
Born in Bolzano IT on June 21, 1993, I grew up in a multicultural home speaking Italian, German, and Albanian, and later added English and Spanish from the middle school.
2014: Packed my bags for Vienna to brush up on my German and study Informatics Engineering.
2015: While juggling studies and a Subway job, I discovered my passion for graphic design working on a project called “TrinkPlanet.” This shifted my focus from engineering to digital communications, collaborating on creative projects across Italy, Germany, and Austria.
2018: Back in Bolzano, I took charge of the “Pomeriggi Insieme” project, managing a team of seven across five municipalities and learning the ropes of project management.
2020: Joined Alperia/Solartotal MyHome, diving into the world of photovoltaic systems, from customer care and sales to technical problem-solving.
2021–2022: Wore multiple hats, balancing roles at Alperia, Xenia, and hosting an Airbnb, where I met incredible guests from all over the world. I also co-founded Spazioama (www.spazioama.it), organizing cultural events and exhibitions to bring new energy to Bolzano.
2023: Started at Flashmac, where I handle customer service, sales, graphic design, logistics, and even build custom gaming desktops—all while continuing to manage “Pomeriggi Insieme“.
